All our hotel rooms have an individually adjustable air conditioner. Please note that the window must be closed, otherwise the air conditioning will not work.

The nearest ATMs are at BEKB, Bahnhofstr. 1 or Bank Cler AG, Bälliz 59. Money exchange is possible daily at the train station in the SBB travel center. The nearest Postomat is located on plattform 1 at the trainstation. The nearest post office is about

We will be happy to bring you a bathrobe to your room upon request. Please contact the reception.

You can borrow a bottle opener free of charge at the reception.

The breakfast buffet is located in the restaurant on the first floor and is open for you as follows:
Monday to Saturday 06.30 – 10.00 a.m.
Sunday, holidays 07.00 – 10.30 a.m.

In case of earlier departure we will be happy to prepare a lunch bag for you. ATTENTION: you have to order it at the reception until 20:00 o’clock the evening before. If you wish, we can bring your breakfast to your room, please contact the restaurant. Tel. no. 233. there will be no extra charge.

The bed linen is changed – for the sake of the environment – only every third day. If you wish, we can change your bed linen

The municipality charges a tourist tax of CHF 4.50 per person/night.

In each room there is a Nespresso machine with a small selection of coffees and teas which you can use free of charge.

We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Maestro, Postcard, Rekacard.
Twint is also possible.

The money exchange counter at the station is open as follows:
Monday to Friday from 07.00 – 19.00, saturday from 07.30 – 18.00.

You can get boiling water from the Nespresso machine in the room. We do not provide separate kettles.

Hygiene items, which you will not find in the room: Toothbrush, toothpaste, razor and shower cap can be obtained
free of charge at any time at the reception.

If you need some ice cubes, please contact the restaurant. This service is free of charge.

If you need an iron and ironing board in the room, please contact the reception.

Drop off your laundry daily before 08.15 – return the same day before 18.00. For dry cleaning contact the reception.

Letter paper is available at the reception.

If you need help with your luggage, please contact the reception (24h). In addition, a luggage cart is available at the reception.

The water bottles in the refrigerator are free of charge. You are welcome to help yourself.

From (+/-) 23.00 the main entrance is closed. You can use the night entrance with your room key. This is located to the right
of the main entrance. Via night bell someone from the hotel is always available for you.

All our hotel rooms are non-smoking rooms. In case of violation you will be charged a fee of CHF 150.00.

We have a public parking garage with direct hotel access via elevator in front of the hotel entrance. Since the parking is public, unfortunately no reservations are possible.
As a hotel guest you benefit from a special price of CHF 16.00 per 24h. It is important that you have your ticket validated at the reception when you check out. Otherwise the special price will be forfeited. As an alternative we recommend the SCHLOSSBERG-Parking. This is located 5 minutes away from us. (on foot) There you can also buy multi-day tickets. ATTENTION: these must be obtained directly from the machine on arrival. Subsequently, no more discount is possible.

For your “little” or “big” darlings we charge CHF 20.00 per day (without food). Any damages incurred must be paid on site.
Dogs are allowed in our restaurant.

Our restaurant on the first floor is open daily from 9.00 a.m. to 11.30 p.m. A reservation is possible via the number 233.

You will find our Room Service offer separately in the menu “Room Service” on the TV interface.
For each order we charge a Room Service charge of CHF 5.00.

We kindly ask you not to leave your valuables in your room. A room safe is available in the closet for your free disposal.
We would like to point out that we are liable for a maximum value of CHF 1,000.00. Insurance coverage only exists if the safe has been demonstrably broken into.

On the 2nd floor is our seminar area with its own reception. We have 5 seminar rooms of different sizes.
If you need a room, you can reach the colleagues from the seminar under the number 226.

A shoe shine kit is available at the reception.

Slippers are available in each room or upon request at the reception.

Stamps are available at the reception. You are welcome to leave your stamped postcards and letters at the reception and
we will take them to the post office. A public mailbox is located at the entrance to the hotel.

For the sake of the environment, we will only replace the terrycloth linens that are in the shower, bathtub or on the floor.

You can rent an umbrella at the reception. You can also buy our umbrellas at CHF 20.00 at the reception.

Upon request, you will be woken up by telephone by our reception.
