Collection of general data and information

Duration of storage and deletion of data

Data security
We use the widespread SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser when you visit our website. As a rule, this is 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can recognise whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the status bar of your browser.
Up-to-dateness and amendment of this data protection declaration
This privacy policy is valid from 7 April 2023. Should individual parts of this agreement be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remainder of the agreement. Handling of personal data

We, or our hosting provider, collect data on the basis of our legitimate interests within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. GDPR. GDPR, we collect data about every access to the server on which this service is located (so-called server log files). The access data includes the name of the website accessed, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user’s operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider. Data whose further storage is required for evidence purposes are excluded from deletion until the respective incident has been finally clarified.

The data controller collects and processes the personal data of applicants for the purpose of handling the application process. Processing may also be carried out electronically.
